By registering for and purchasing a ticket to the Mechanical Mastery Chiropractic Adjusting Seminar ("Seminar"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All payments must be made in full at the time of registration. Early bird and promotional discounts are only valid within the specified timeframes and are non-transferable. Registration is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. Due to the limited availability of spots and the intensive preparation required for a high-caliber hands-on experience, each registration represents a committed place in the seminar. Registrations may be transferred to another attendee with written approval up to 7 days before the seminar.
Mechanical Mastery reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the seminar due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to illness, facility issues, or natural disasters).If the event is canceled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued to all registered participants.
Participants agree to behave respectfully and professionally at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
By attending, you grant Mechanical Mastery the right to photograph, film, and record seminar sessions and to use your likeness in marketing and promotional materials without compensation.
Participants understand that hands-on chiropractic training involves physical activity, physical contact, and variable risk. By attending, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any personal injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from participation. You release and hold harmless Mechanical Mastery, Drs. Tanner and Heather Rodriguez, R Family Chiropractic, GNL Ridglea LLC (venue owner), any seminar staff, and any associated volunteers or contractors from any and all liability, claims, or damages connected with attendance or participation. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned parties from any third-party claims, including legal fees, arising from your actions, conduct, or participation in the seminar.
All seminar materials, methods, and content are the intellectual property of Mechanical Mastery and may not be copied, shared, or taught without written permission.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the seminar shall be resolved exclusively in Tarrant County, Texas.

Mechanical Mastery, R Family Chiropractic, and GNL Ridglea LLC are independent entities and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any chiropractic colleges, universities, or educational institutions. Participation in this seminar does not imply accreditation, academic credit, or institutional partnership with any school or program.
